As a Hypnotherapist and NLP Coach, I’ve witnessed many people trying to escape their emotional pain by using unhealthy methods like drugs, alcohol, or throwing themselves into work. These quick fixes might provide temporary relief, but they don’t tackle the real issues. In my practice, I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching to give clients the tools they need to navigate this transformative journey. Hypnotherapy lets you access your subconscious mind, where deep-seated beliefs and patterns are stored, while NLP Coaching provides strategies for changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
